This notice covers the risetek.com website. Data processed inside VERGE on behalf of parking operators is governed by our customer agreements and the operator's own privacy notices.
What we collect on this site
- Information you submit through our contact form: name, work email, company, facility size, and current systems. Formspree processes these submissions and forwards them to our team.
- Technical request information used by Cloudflare to host and deliver the site, such as IP address and browser information.
- Traffic and performance metrics measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, referring sites, browser type, and page load performance.
How we use it
- To respond to demo and quote requests.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Our service providers include Cloudflare for hosting and web analytics, Formspree for form processing, and our email provider for responding to inquiries. This site also loads the Sora font from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver font files to your browser. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Contact submissions are kept for [24 months] unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept per our provider's default retention.
